    Payment for direct bookings:

    • Villa Alessa & Villa Herrera: payment is made via Lavana villa management.

    • Villa Camilia: payment is made via Bank BCA under the name Bunga Ghassani.

    Full account details will be provided during your reservation by our admin via our official WhatsApp for Villa Camilia +62 878 7849 9499 and +62 813-2277-5518 for Villa Herrera & Alessa (via Lavana).

    Payments made outside these accounts may be fraudulent, and we cannot be held responsible.

    Any other social media accounts or third-party messages claiming to represent us are not official and may be scams. Always confirm via our official channels before making any payment.

    • No. We never work with brokers or third-party agents. However, we are working with Lavana to manage and promote Villa Herrera and Alessa. Villa Camilia remains under The Collection Villas management. All bookings must be made through our official channels. If someone or a social media account claims to represent us or work with us, it is a scam.

    • No. Our official WhatsApp number is only +62 878-7849-9499 for Villa Camilia and +62813-2277-5518 for Villa Herrera & Alessa. Any other number claiming to represent The Collection Villas Puncak is fake and 100% a scam.

    • No! Any booking made via Instagram other than our official account @thecollectionvillaspuncak for Villa Camilia or @the_lavana for Villa Herrera & Alessa is a scam. There are many fake accounts pretending to be us. Always verify through our official channels before making any payment.

    • No. We do not offer discounts outside our official channels. Any such offer is likely a scam. Booking directly with us ensures best price guaranteed and a secure reservation.

    • No. We do not offer free meals with any booking. Any offer claiming free meals is 100% a scam.

    • No. Only our official WhatsApp, Instagram, or website can confirm bookings. Do not trust DMs from personal or unofficial accounts, as these are often fraudulent.

    • No. TikTok is only for questions and inquiries — not for direct bookings.
