Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Guests may reschedule their stay for free up to 5 days prior to their check-in date.
For rescheduling requests made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date:
If only the down payment (50% of the total amount) has been made, the down payment will be forfeited.
If the guest has paid the full amount, only the down payment portion (50% of the total amount) will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be retained for the rescheduled booking.
When rescheduling to new dates:
If the rate for the new dates is higher than the original booking rate, guests are required to pay the difference.
If the new date has a lower rate, the total booking amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Guests may reschedule their booking only once.
Guests must select a new date for their stay within 6 months of the original booking date.
In the event of cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
For bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs), please refer to the cancellation and reschedule policies stated on each respective platform.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
