• Villa Herrera & Villa Alessa:

  Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM

• Villa Camilia:

  Check-in at 2:30 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM

Occupancy Policy

• The maximum capacity for Villa Camilia, Villa Herrera and, Villa Alessa is 15 adults. Exceptions can be made for up to 18 guests, including children under 5 years old.

• Additional guests beyond 18 will be charged IDR 100,000 per person per night (excluding extra bed charges of IDR 50,000 per bed per night).

Guest Eligibility & Conduct

• The villa is available for family events, institutions, companies, or religious gatherings only.

• Non-mahram couples are not eligible for reservations.

• Indecent behavior or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

• Guests must respect neighbors and avoid disturbances during the stay.

• Quiet hours are in effect after midnight (00:00).

Property Use & Safety

• No pets, sharp objects, or firearms are allowed on the premises.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited within the villa.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay.

• Removal of villa items is not permitted.

Event & Decoration Policy

• Guests are welcome to celebrate special occasions at our villas. Our team is happy to assist with custom arrangements to make your event truly memorable.

• To maintain the villa’s facilities and prevent any potential property damage, guests are not permitted to install their own decorations. All decorations must be arranged through villa management.

• Guests who wish to bring their own decorations may do so with prior management approval, and a handling fee of IDR 1,000,000 will apply.

Compliance

• Guests agree to comply with all villa rules and regulations during their stay.
