Booking & Payment

  • Direct reservations via WhatsApp are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable payment.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 1 day before check-in.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer; OTA bookings (Booking.com and Tiket.com) follow their respective payment processes.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Reschedule & Cancellation Policy.

Guest Responsibility & Liability

  • Guests must provide valid photo identification (ID card/driver’s license) at check-in.

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss of villa property during their stay.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Compliance & Legal

  • Guests agree to comply with all rules and villa regulations.

  • In case of violations (e.g., prohibited items or activities), management reserves the right to cooperate with authorities.
